About This Archive
BPC-157 Source is an independent editorial project that publishes summaries of the peer-reviewed research literature on BPC-157.
We are not a clinic. We do not employ clinicians and we do not provide medical advice. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute any product. Our work is editorial commentary on publicly available science.
The domain suffix "source" is a research-provenance signal — this is where the literature lives, indexed and cited. It is not a sales channel. The archive publishes findings; it does not recommend them.
What BPC-157 Source Is
A VHS-labeled archive of the BPC-157 research record. This aesthetic framing is literal: like a dead-mall video library cataloging films by genre, this site catalogs published studies by tissue type, mechanism, and endpoint.
Every entry is cited. Every quantitative claim maps to a reference in the references page with a DOI or PubMed link. If a claim is not in a published study, it is not on this site.
The primary literature is heavily concentrated in a single research group — the Sikiric laboratory at the University of Zagreb has produced over 80% of the published BPC-157 record. This site documents that record honestly, including the replication-concentration concern identified by independent reviewers [21]. The preclinical evidence is what it is: extensive, internally consistent, and pending independent replication and human trials.
What BPC-157 Source Is Not
Not a clinic. The name does not imply clinical services — "source" here means a source of research information, not a clinical service provider. No treatment, consultation, diagnosis, or prescription is offered or implied.
Not a vendor. No product is sold, shipped, or recommended on this site. The frequently asked questions page includes questions about where to obtain the compound; this site does not answer those questions with a vendor recommendation.
Not medical advice. Every page on this site is editorial commentary on published science. None of it constitutes medical or clinical guidance for any individual. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for any health-related decision.
Not affiliated with any research institution, pharmaceutical company, or supplement supplier. This is an independent editorial project.
Editorial Standards
Every page adheres to these standards:
- No invented claims. If a finding is not in a published study cited on the references page, it does not appear in the content.
- No human dose recommendations. All dosing information is presented in research context — species, route, dose administered in the published study. "Studied at 10 μg/kg intraperitoneal in rats" is how this site writes dose information. "Take 250 mcg daily" is not.
- No competitor brand names. Generic compound names only.
- No prescriptive language. Third person. Study-attributed. No "you should" framing.
- Every claim about safety, efficacy, or mechanism links back to the referenced study.
The frequently asked questions page documents the full question inventory; the research record contains the primary findings.
